Global Webcon is an Information Technology company specializing in Web Designing, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO, and Online Advertising services.
Global Webcon provides professional IT solutions including custom website design, full-stack web development, Android & iOS mobile applications, search engine optimization (SEO), social media optimization (SMO), pay-per-click advertising, and complete digital marketing campaigns. All services are delivered as per the scope defined in the project proposal or service agreement.
Clients must provide accurate information, required content, logos, and timely feedback. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for the legality of any content or data supplied to us.
Payments shall be made as per the agreed milestone or invoice schedule. Work may be paused if payments are delayed. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Global Webcon retains the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Global Webcon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Global Webcon reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
